This independent straight-to-DVD horror film re-tells the Bloody Mary legend as the witch terrorizes a group of nurses who work at a mental hospital. This film was shot primarily in Sedro-Woolley and Bellingham, WA.
All scenes in the hospital were filmed at the former Northern State Hospital, now Cascade Job Corps (and off-limits to the public) outside Sedro-Woolley, WA. Most of the filming took place in the abandoned building on the south side of Hub Drive (48.530796, -122.206690). Certain scenes, like the one pictured above, utilized the chapel building across the street.
The underground tunnel and mirror room were located in Bellingham's actual underground tunnel, under the Nelson Block at 1305 11th Street in Fairhaven. Unfortunately, the tunnel is not open to the public.
The community center is located at 1312 Bay Street in Bellingham, next to the American Museum of Radio & Electricity. Outside is where Jenna (Danni Ravden) gets a bloody nose. The alley in back is where Scooter (Christian Schrapff) confronts Paul (Cory Monteith).
Tony's Coffee at 1101 Harris Avenue in Bellingham is where Natalie (Kim Tyler) and Bobby (Matt Borlenghi) meet.
Interior apartment scenes were filmed in the Hotel Bellwether at 1 Bellwether Way on Bellingham's waterfront.
Dr. Daniels' (Jaason Simmons) office was in the Northwest Room of the historic Bellingham Public Library at 1117 12th Street.
