Anyone disturbing any religious assembly by making a noise or by any rude, indecent, or ungentlemanly behavior, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall pay a fine of not less that $10 or more than $100 and costs.
It is the duty of the marshal and policemen to arrest persons loitering about the streets, alleys, or public grounds after 10 o'clock at night, and who cannot give a satisfactory account of themselves, and convey them to the calaboose or some safe place of detention to remain until morning then taken before the magistrate.
