Deposits
A deposit is required to secure a space at one of our camps. This deposit is non-refundable unless the camp is cancelled by the organiser.
All participants who have paid a deposit are entitled to the merchandise offered as part of the camp payment; regardless of whether they attend. The burden of postage outside Melbourne (interstate or overseas) is on the participant, if they do not attend.
We have limited spaces. A deposit ensures your space is reserved and removed from public availability.
Final Payment
The full or remaining payment - if an earlier deposit has been received - must be completed 21 days or more, prior to the commencement of the camp.
Failure to complete this payment may result in the loss of your space in the camp, and loss of any deposit paid.
Cancellation and Transfers
Your space in a camp can be transferred to another, if they meet the training level guidelines for the camp. This must be given in writing.
Transfers require approval and may incur an administrative fee (Ie. printing of new merchandise for the new participant).
Camp Cancellation
If the camp is cancelled by the organiser, all payments (including deposits) will be fully refunded.
Personal Responsibility and Safety
By attending and taking part in activities at this camp, you understand that you do so at your own risk. You are responsible for having your own insurance to cover any accidents or injuries that may happen during sports activities or other personal activities. We will provide the best available travel insurance options to all participants prior to travel.
We will take care to provide a safe environment and will make reasonable efforts to offer basic first aid if needed. However, we are not responsible for injuries or accidents that may occur during the camp, except where the law requires otherwise.
