Miso's Community Blurb

Hailing from the (now, sadly, former) Louisville Game Shop, the Louisville Warmachine community has been in existence for nearly 20 years! Players in our community run the gamut from casual to competitive, producing top-tier Iron Gauntlet champions as well as those stalwart always-there faces that are the backbone of a gaming community! You'll find a lot of strong opponents here, but as the old maxim goes, "The objective of the game is to win; the point of the game is to have fun." We do our best to make sure that everyone is having fun, even if someone happens to be on the receiving end of a charging warjack!

The Louisville Warmachine crowd plays at the lovely Miso's Game Room & Collectibles in Louisville, Kentucky. Having opened in April 2022, Miso's boasts ample play space, a bountiful selection of Warmachine-specific terrain provided by our active EO/TO Michael, and a shocking amount of sunlight and natural lighting for a store that is technically in the basement. Miso's is a friendly local game store in every sense of the word, and the community is top-notch!

Don't let the group's name fool you; although we're called "Louisville <i>Warmachine</i>", we play all Privateer Press games, including Monsterpocalypse, Warcaster: Neo-Mechanika, and even Riot Quest (with a little bit of advance notice!) :)

In addition to frequent local events -- there's always something coming on the calendar! -- the Louisville Warmachine community actively coordinates with other regional Warmachine/etc. communities, such as the Middle Tennessee Warmachine group, to host larger regional events such as Steamrollers and Crush Hours.

Prospective players can get in touch with the Louisville Warmachine crowd via Miso's Discord channel (https://discord.gg/NEGED4yYxR), on Facebook through either the Miso's Game Room page (https://www.facebook.com/misosgameroom) or the Louisville Warmachine group (https://www.facebook.com/groups/166992033357569), or with our longtime EO/TO Michael on the Privateer Press Community Hub (https://community.privateerpress.com/u/Michael).

We'd love to see you come out and play!
