The ASEAN Foundation, with the support of Google.org, implements ASEAN Digital Literacy Programme (ASEAN DLP) from 2022 to 2024. 

This regional programme aims to combat misinformation and disinformation by providing digital literacy training for youth, teachers, parents, community leaders and government officials in collaboration with local implementing partners. 

Projek Wargamas Digital #PWD aims to promote the programme's benefits to the beneficiaries at the grassroots level especially the elderly in four phases. Research has shown that older people are more vulnerable to misinformation and are more likely to share misinformation on social media. This is a growing issue for Malaysia. With #PWD, we aim to increase digital literacy among senior citizens to become agents of change to detect, counter and prevent the spread of online falsehood and misinformation.
