Wardora ("the App") values your privacy and the security of your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how your data is collected, used, shared, and protected when you use our application.
To provide the full features of our application, we may require the following permissions and data:
Purpose: We use your device's camera and photo gallery to allow you to add clothing items to your virtual wardrobe.
Data Processing: The photos you upload are stored securely on our servers (Firebase Storage) and are accessible only to you.
Purpose: Microphone permission is requested to allow you to communicate vocally with our AI assistant.
Data Processing: Voice data is processed for speech-to-text conversion to execute immediate commands and is not permanently stored.
Purpose: We need location data to provide you with appropriate outfit suggestions based on the weather in your area.
Data Processing: Location data is used to fetch real-time weather information from third-party services and is not tracked or permanently recorded on our servers.
Collected Data: Email address and Name (if applicable) used during account creation.
Purpose: This data is used to verify your identity, secure your account, and synchronize your data (clothes, outfits) across devices.
Collected Data: In case of an error in the app, we collect data and information (through third-party products like Firebase Crashlytics) on your phone called Log Data.
Details: This may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app, and the time and date of your use of the Service.
We work with trusted third-party service providers to operate our application. their privacy policies also apply:
Google Firebase (Google LLC): Used for authentication, database, storage, and analytics services.
OpenRouter & AI Services: AI models are used to provide style suggestions and chat functionality. Your chat context may be processed in an anonymized manner to provide better recommendations.
Google ML Kit: An on-device AI technology used to remove backgrounds from photos. Images are processed locally on your device without being sent to external servers for this specific operation.
Wardora participates in affiliate marketing programs. This means that we may earn a commission if you click on or make purchases via links to third-party retailer sites (e.g., Hepsiburada, Trendyol) provided within the app. This does not affect the price you pay or our outfit recommendations.
Payment Processing: We do not collect or store your credit card or banking information. All financial transactions within the app (Premium subscriptions or one-time purchases) are processed securely and directly by Google Play Billing. We only receive a transaction receipt to confirm your purchase and unlock premium features.
Subscription Management: Since payments are handled by the Google Play Store, managing or canceling subscriptions must be done through your Google Play account settings, not directly within the app.
Your data is protected using industry-standard encryption methods (SSL/TLS). Thanks to Firebase infrastructure, your data is hosted on Google's secure servers. However, please note that no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
As a user, you have full control over your data.
Delete Account: You can permanently delete your account and all associated data (photos, chat history, outfits) instantly via the app settings menu.
Data Request: You may contact us to request a copy of the data we hold about you.
Our application is not intended for children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect data from children.

If you wish to delete your account and remove all your data from our servers, you have two options:
Open the Wardora app.
Go to Settings > Account.
Scroll down to the bottom.
Tap on Delete All Data.
Tick the box to confirm "Delete my account".
Confirm the action. This will instantly delete your account and all associated data.
If you have uninstalled the app or cannot access it, you can request data deletion by contacting us directly:

Validation Process:
Upon receiving your request via email, we will verify your identity.
Within 30 days, we will permanently delete all your personal information, uploaded photos, and wardrobe data from our servers.

Welcome to Wardora! By downloading, installing, or using the Wardora mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
Wardora grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Upload content that is offensive, illegal, or violates the rights of others.
Wardora uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to provide outfit recommendations and style advice. These suggestions are generated automatically based on the data provided and are for informational and entertainment purposes only. Wardora does not guarantee that the style advice will meet your expectations or be suitable for every specific occasion.
You retain ownership of the photos (clothing items) you upload to the App. However, by uploading, you grant Wardora a license to process these images securely (using cloud and on-device AI) solely for the purpose of providing you with the service (e.g., removing backgrounds, generating combinations).
Google Play Billing: All premium features and subscriptions within Wardora are processed via Google Play’s billing system. We do not store your payment information.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in your Google Play Account Settings.
Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Google Play in accordance with their refund policy. Wardora cannot directly issue refunds.
Wardora participates in affiliate marketing programs. The App may contain links to third-party websites. If you click on these links or make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We are not responsible for the content, products, or services of these third-party sites.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Wardora and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
