This policy explains how Waply handles information when you install and use the app. By using Waply you accept the terms below.
WhatsApp access and how account data is used
Waply needs limited access to your WhatsApp account so the features you see in the app can run. That access exists only to operate the product. Waply does not harvest, sell, rent, or reuse account content for advertising, profiling, or any purpose outside the app’s own functions. You understand that, while the app is connected, it may be able to see information present on the linked account. Seeing that information in order to work is not the same as storing or exploiting it elsewhere. If you revoke permission, related features will stop.
Cookies
Waply itself does not set or read cookies. Components or libraries supplied by other vendors may use cookies or similar device identifiers to keep their own services running. You can restrict or clear those in your device or browser settings. Doing so may affect parts of the experience that depend on those vendors.
Security
If you allow access to contacts or a linked account, we treat that permission as a trust we have to honor. We use ordinary commercial safeguards to reduce risk. No channel on the public internet is fully immune to failure or attack. We therefore cannot promise that information will never be intercepted, lost, or accessed without authorization.
Children
Waply is meant for people who are at least 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone younger than 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has given us personal information, write to us. We will remove what we hold as soon as we can verify the request.
Updates to this policy
We may revise this page when the product or the law changes. The version published here is the one that applies. Check back from time to time. A change takes effect when it appears on this page.
