Call for Abstracts 

Making Minds Matter at Work

 

We are happy to invite submissions for the WAOP Conference 2026, taking place on 20 November 2026 in Rotterdam at the Postillion Hotel & Convention Center Rotterdam. The venue is a short walk from Rotterdam Central Station and can also be reached by public transport.

 

We welcome contributions from both researchers and practitioners in work and organizational psychology and related fields. When submitting an abstract for a research session, please follow the guidelines below. Abstracts for practitioner sessions can be submitted via email to waop2026@essb.eur.nl.

 

Guidelines for abstract submission (research)

Abstracts (in English) should be a maximum of 300 words and include:


1. A title (max. 150 characters) 

2. Purpose of the study (research question, hypotheses, and contribution) 

3. Method

4. Results

5. Conclusion

 

When submitting your abstract, you can indicate whether you’d like to receive peer feedback on your full paper and/or be considered for the best paper award. If so, you’ll be asked to submit your full paper (in addition to your abstract) by 1 October 2026 via e-mail to waop2026@essb.eur.nl. If you sign up for peer feedback, we also ask that you provide feedback on another researcher’s paper.
