I'm James Momodu Dao Samba. I am 20 years old. I'm a student, self-taught engineer, Innovator, Co-Founder and Chief Innovation Officer at Wanjama Innovative-S, and the National Youth Ambassador, South.
Being an innovator, problem solver and youth impacter, I've developed game-changing innovative solutions to various problems, including climate change affecting my country. Some of which are,
a solar-powered electric wheelchair for persons with disability.
Non-fuel generator, and a plastic bottle solar light made from recycled plastic waste. Many streets and homes are now being equipped with these solutions of mine in my community.
Additionally, in the face of the Covid 19 pandemic, i developed an automated hand-washing station and a sanitizer dispenser for the prevention of Coronavirus.
Other innovations of mine are, FM radio transmitter, an auto intensity street light; and many more.
More-so, he am presently developing a Self-Rechargeable Electric Minibus, with spaces for persons with disability for easy and inclusive public transportation use.
With partnership from Purposeful and The Fund for Global Human Rights, my co-founded innovative hub, Wanjama Innovative-s have freely distributed solar backpacks to disadvantaged school pupils in Pujehun District, and is also training Youths in Pujehun to become innovative problem-solvers.
