I am an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Columbia Business School. My research examines how people and organizations respond to technological change by changing the way they work, alone and with others. 

I received my PhD from CBS, MA from Columbia Economics, BA from Rutgers. I was a research assistant at the National Bureau of Economic Research and Harvard Business School. Before academia, I was an engineer at Philips and then LVMH.
