Short Bio

I obtained my bachelor's degree (2004) from Tsinghua University, and my master's (2006) and doctoral (2011) degrees from ETH Zurich.

From 2011 to 2014, I was a postdoctoral associate at MIT. I then joined the CNRS of France as a tenured researcher (chargé de recherche), conducting research at ETIS Laboratory in Cergy-Pontoise. In 2023, I took a leave of absence from CNRS and returned to ETH Zurich as a senior researcher. During 2023–2025, I also held a part-time position at Hochschule Luzern.

My research interests include information theory, digital communications, and applied probability.
