Peng is currently a postdoc at Singapore University of Technology and Design, working with Prof. Binbin Chen. He received his Ph.D degree in Xidian University (2018.9 ~ 2023.6), where he obtained his bachelor degree in Telecommunications Engineering (2013.8~2017.6). During his PhD, he spent one and a half year studying in Singapore University of Technology and Design working with Prof. Binbin Chen (2021.5~2022.11). He is interested in routing and scheduling algorithms design for networks including the satellite networks and deterministic networks.
Peng's research mainly focuses on using graph theory, combinatorial optimization and other mathematical tools to help model time-varying resources, analyze network capacity under different resource/QoS constraints and design delay-guaranteed routing and scheduling algorithms over the satellite and 5G terrestrial networks.
I receive the Outstanding PhD Thesis Award of Xidian University in 2025 June.
I serve as a reviewer of IEEE ICNP 2025, a tpc member of IEEE VTC 2025, IEEE TWC, IoTJ, TITS.
