• Financial Data: Payments are processed via Stripe and Square. WanderbloomX does not store your full credit card numbers or CVV codes on our servers; this data is encrypted and managed by our PCI-compliant processors.

• Technical Data: IP address, browser type, general geographic location, and timestamps (collected automatically via our backend for security and compliance).

3. How & Why We Use Your Data

We only process your data when we have a legal basis to do so, such as your explicit consent, the performance of a contract (booking an event), or our legitimate interests (improving our services).

• Service Delivery: Managing event registrations and ensuring Hosts can accommodate your dietary needs.

• Compliance: Analyzing waitlist demographics to ensure we meet regional regulatory requirements.

• Safety: Utilizing allergy information to curate safe dining experiences.

• We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data with third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

4. Data Sharing & Third-Party Providers

To provide our services, we share your data with trusted partners. Some of these providers may process data outside of your home jurisdiction: 

• Infrastructure: Netlify (Hosting/Storage) and Google Sites (Documentation).

• Communications: MailerLite (Email marketing and list management).

• Operations: Ticket Tailor (Ticketing) and Stripe/Square (Payment processing).

• Experience Hosts: WanderbloomX "Hosts" are Service Providers who receive necessary Identity and Health Data (e.g., your name and allergies) to facilitate your specific experience. They are contractually obligated to use this data only for the duration and purpose of the event.

We retain your personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. You may request the deletion of your data at any time.
