By purchasing a commission, you are indicating that you’ve read the Terms of Service and agree with them. 

How to comission me

1. Send an email to Walter.quinar@gmail.com with the following information:

• Subject: "COMMISSION" + (Your name).

• Body:  You have to address these things here.

What type of commission you want (portrait, full character or splashart)

Additionals (if you want any)

Your idea for this painting. Please try to be as clear and concise as possible.

References for the most important elements of your idea.

2. I will get back to you as soon as possible and after we set the price and discuss the details you'll transfer 50% of the total amount to my paypal.

3. I will send up to two sketches for you to pick from (this is where you can ask for minor changes)

4. Once the sketch gets approved I'll start rendering the image. If you want a work in progress shot feel free to ask for it. 

5. Then, I'll deliver the final image in high resolution and you'll transfer the other half of the payment.

TERMS OF SERVICE

•  I retain all right to reject your commission.

•  If you want your commission to be private I'll charge you 60% extra. Otherwise I may share the process or final artwork in my social media.

•  I will only start working once I receive 50% of the payment — please notify me when you do so.

• The payment will be transferred over Paypal.

• I will send a sketch for your approval before I proceed further — this is your chance to request minor edits and suggestions without charge.

•  Please make sure your brief is as clear and concise as possible to avoid longer delivery time and extra charges.

• When you are commissioning me, you are purchasing a license to use my artwork under my conditions for non-commercial purposes -- this means no selling, marketing, promotion, merchandising, or any other commercial activity. I reserve all rights to revoke your license.

• Feel free to use the artwork for any non-commercial/ non-profit purposes (i.e. icons, banners). 

• Once the work has started, I offer No refunds
