The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which is accessible at BrainPump unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.
In short: we do not collect any user data, and hope you have fun with the game. The only data you store online, is your highscore and the name you type in when you reach a high score. However: we also do no accept or carry any responsibility if you don't have fun, if it blows up, causes any accidents or mishaps to happen, makes you divorce your spouse or makes your kids run away, etc. In short: of course, we need to state that all liabilities are not our fault, because anything can happen in this crazy world and we don't want to be part of that or take up responsibility for something we didn't cause.
Security
We don't do creepy stuff, so security should never be a problem. It's a game, developed for fun, with no other hidden goal than you buying it for a couple of bucks, and enjoying it for the rest of your existence. With normal use, it should mean no large burden on your battery, screen or audio equipment. Remember to put down your phone or tablet now and then, and enjoy a walk. Spending too much time behind your screen is never healthy, so consider playing our game with moderation and live life to the fullest.

Our game does not address anyone under the age of 13 explicitly. It is meant for an audience who knows how to use electronic devices responsibly and knows how to have fun with our game, which does not exclude anyone of course. We do not collect personal information from anyone. The only data you store online, is your highscore and the name you type in when you reach a high score. That's it. After all, it's just a game for your fun, developed with fun at its very core.
