Welcome to Walora. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Walora mobile application (“App”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

Walora provides access to wallpapers and exclusive content for your devices. You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

• Copy, resell, or redistribute any wallpapers without permission.

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App.

• Interfere with servers, security, or networks connected to the App

2. Content Ownership

All wallpapers, images, and related content are:

• Owned by Walora or licensed from third-party providers.

• Protected under copyright and intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable license to use wallpapers on your own devices only.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Some features of Walora may require a subscription

• Payments are processed exclusively via Apple’s App Store and are subject to Apple’s payment terms.

• Walora does not store or process your payment information directly.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing cycle.

• You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings.

4. Apple Disclaimer

Apple is not responsible for:

• Managing your subscriptions or refunds.

• Providing customer support related to payments.

• For billing-related questions, please refer to Apple Support.

5. Third-Party Services

Walora may integrate with third-party APIs or display links to external services. We are not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Walora is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including:

• Availability or uninterrupted operation of the App.

• Accuracy, completeness, or quality of wallpapers.

• Non-infringement of third-party rights.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Walora and its affiliates are not liable for any damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or device damage from using wallpapers.

• Inability to access premium content.

• Unauthorized access to your account.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

• Violate these Terms.

• Misuse the App or its content.

• Engage in fraudulent activity.

9. Privacy Policy

Your use of Walora is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted in the App and on our website. Continuing to use the App after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
