These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Bindooa ("we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the mobile application Wallume: HD 4K Wallpapers (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App and must delete it immediately.
The App provides personalization services for your device, including:
• Wallpaper Catalog: a curated library of HD and 4K wallpapers across multiple categories and styles (dark, neon, aesthetic, nature, and more).
• One-Tap Apply: setting any wallpaper directly to your home screen, lock screen, or both, without leaving the App.
• Favorites: saving wallpapers you love for quick access.
• Regular Updates: new wallpapers and collections added on an ongoing basis.
Features may be added, modified, or removed at any time at our discretion.
When using the App, you agree to:
• Use the Content only for personal, non-commercial purposes on your own device;
• Not extract, download, redistribute, resell, or publish any wallpaper outside the App;
• Comply with all applicable laws while using the App.
Wallpapers are provided for aesthetic personalization only. Actual on-screen appearance may vary depending on your device's screen resolution, aspect ratio, brightness, and color calibration. We do not guarantee that any particular wallpaper will be available permanently, and the catalog may change without notice.
The App and all Content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of Bindooa or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App and apply the Content on your personal device. Copying, modifying, distributing, selling, leasing, or reverse engineering the App or its Content is strictly prohibited.
You agree that you will NOT:
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the App;
• Deploy automated scripts, bots, or scrapers against the App or its content servers;
• Generate invalid ad impressions or clicks, or otherwise interfere with the App's advertising;
• Attempt to extract the App's source code or Content assets.
The App is free to use and is supported by third-party advertising (such as Google AdMob). The App currently offers no in-app purchases. If optional paid upgrades — such as removing ads or unlocking premium wallpapers — are introduced in a future version, they will be processed exclusively through the Google Play Billing system, with all prices displayed before purchase and refunds handled through Google Play in accordance with its refund policies, and these Terms will be updated accordingly. We do not collect or store your payment card information.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bindooa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, battery degradation, or device issues — arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the App. The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bindooa and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the App.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the competent courts of Vietnam.
We may update these Terms at any time, including when new features or premium upgrades are introduced. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
