The security of your data is important for us. We are aware of the great responsibility it involves. That is why we have created the following privacy policy that explains what kind of information we collect, how we process it and what security measures we take.

In general, wallet cardsis a mobile application that collects, stores and manages your wallet passes (tickets, boarding passes, loyalty cards and coupons) locally, on your mobile phone.

We have built a range of services to help hundreds of thousands of users daily to explore and interact with our app. For example:

When you give us access to Google Drive our app can backup content like passes, loyalty cards, etc. to it.

We ask your read-only permission to access to Gmail only to search, find and import all `*.pkpass` files from your e-mails attachments that contain passes and cards sent to you by pass creators and issuers.

Personal Information

We do not collect any personal information on our users.

We do not transfer your passes. They are kept on your phone only.

Data History

We do not store your data history. When data is collected it is discarded as soon as it’s not needed anymore.

Geo-location Data

Precise GPS location from mobile devices is collected only with your permission. Wi-Fi and IP addresses received from your device may be used to determine approximate location. This information is only used within the app, e.g. for showing relevant local passes in wallet cards.

Third-Party Advertisers

We use Google AdMob as an advertising partner. This is wallet cards primary form of revenue and it funds our app support and development. The ads can be removed from our app via an in-app purchase. We don’t share information that personally identifies you with advertisers, such as your name or email. You can manage Ad preferences about the ads shown to you on your Google Account.

Pass Issuers

We do not allow pass issuers to track you. Your devices register anonymously for updates.

Analytics

We use a third-party service to collect anonymized analytics data. We do this to gain insights that help us to improve your experience with our app.

Bug reports

If you send us a bug report or feedback we collect your email address and other information you provide as a part of your message only to respond to those reports.

Crash reports
