Sign Up for Orientation

Attending orientation is the first step to earning your GED®. For your convenience, we conduct orientation at four different locations within our service area. Walk-ins are welcome!

Now Offering Online GED® Classes

Our online GED® class options range from full-time, hybrid, and dual enrollment (in class/ out of class). We are committed to meeting your learning needs and goals.

Students 16 and 17 Years of Age

Alabama Act 2009-564 stipulates that students between the ages of 7 and 17 are required to attend public school, private school, church school, or be taught at home by a private tutor. Based on this law, there are specific requirements for students, 16 and 17 years of age, who wish to take the GED Test and enroll in AE programs.

The Wallace Community College Adult Education Department is dedicated to assisting adults who are interested in one or more of the following services:
