Wall Calendar is a mobile application that allows users to schedule custom wallpapers for specific dates and times with automatic wallpaper changes. This privacy policy explains how we handle your information when you use our app.

Information We Collect

Wall Calendar stores all your wallpapers and personal content locally on your device. We collect anonymous usage analytics through Firebase to improve the app, but your images and personal data never leave your device.

Local Data Storage

The app stores the following data locally on your device only:

• Wallpaper Images: Photos you select from your gallery or take with the camera

• Schedule Assignments: Specific dates and times you assign to wallpapers

• Tags: Custom tags you create to organize wallpapers (e.g., "Birthday", "Holiday")

• App Preferences: Your theme selection (light/dark mode) and notification preferences

Permissions

Wall Calendar requests the following permissions to function properly:

• Storage Access (`READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE`, `READ_MEDIA_IMAGES`): To access and select images from your device's gallery

• Camera Access (`CAMERA`): To take photos that you can use as wallpapers

• Notifications (`POST_NOTIFICATIONS`): To notify you when wallpapers are changed

• Wallpaper Setting (`SET_WALLPAPER`, `SET_WALLPAPER_HINTS`): To change your device's wallpaper at scheduled dates and times

• Precise Scheduling (`USE_EXACT_ALARM`): To change wallpapers at exact times you specify in the calendar

• Internet Access (`INTERNET`, `ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE`): For Firebase Analytics (anonymous usage data only; your images never leave your device)

• Background Services (`WAKE_LOCK`, `RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED`): To automatically change wallpapers at scheduled dates and times

Data Security

• Your wallpaper images remain exclusively on your device

• Personal content (photos, dates, times, tags) never leaves your device

• Anonymous usage analytics transmitted to Firebase for app improvement

• You have complete control over all your personal data

• Data is protected by your device's built-in security features

Your Rights

• Delete Data: Remove all data by uninstalling the app

• Data Control: You control all data since it's stored locally

• No Data Portability: Not applicable since all data is local

• No Data Retention: No retention policies since we don't store your data

Third-Party Services

Wall Calendar uses Firebase Analytics (Google) for anonymous usage analytics to improve the app. No advertising, personal data collection, or user profiling.

Children's Privacy

Wall Calendar does not collect any personal information from anyone, including children under 13.
