Walklix ("we", "our", "us") is a walk-and-earn mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our app.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Account Information
When you create an account we collect your email address, display name, and profile photo through Google Sign-In or email registration.
Step & Activity Data
Walklix uses your device's built-in step counter (pedometer) to count your daily steps. We do not access your GPS location at any time.
Usage Data
We collect data about how you use the app including coins earned, steps taken, ads watched, referrals made, login streaks, and withdrawal requests.
Device Information
We collect a device identifier (Android ID) for fraud prevention and to ensure one account per device.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the information we collect to:
- Operate the step counting and coin earning system
- Process and review withdrawal requests
- Prevent fraud, cheating, and abuse
- Send app notifications and updates
- Improve app performance and features
- Show personalized advertisements via Google AdMob

3. ADVERTISING

Walklix uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to show personalized ads. You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time by going to your device Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization.
We never sell your personal data to advertisers.

4. DATA SHARING

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties except:
- Google Firebase — for secure data storage and authentication
- Google AdMob — for serving advertisements
- Payment processors (PayPal, Payoneer, Stripe, Razorpay) — only when you request a withdrawal, and only the information needed to process your payment

5. DATA SECURITY

Your data is stored securely on Google Firebase (Google Cloud). We use encryption in transit and at rest. Account access is protected by Firebase Authentication. We never store passwords in plain text.

6. DATA RETENTION

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete all associated data within 30 days.

7. DATA DELETION

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing us at support@walklix.app. We will process your request within 30 days.

8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Walklix is intended for users 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at support@walklix.app and we will delete it promptly.

- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data

10. COINS AND WITHDRAWALS

Coins earned in Walklix have no monetary value until successfully redeemed through our official withdrawal system. We reserve the right to adjust coin values, earning rates, and redemption thresholds. Accounts found to be fraudulent will be permanently banned and all coins forfeited.
