Information: A Report made by the Tour Guide on James Lambert in November of 1972. This became available to read due to contributions during a community event for Founders Day in 2021.

This report implies that The Unifier (a.k.a. Andy Richards) was involved in the destruction of our town's economy and was in fact a rebel, as was Lambert. The Tour Guide uses this as an excuse to seize power and eliminate The Unifier.
