His wife hasn't seen him since last night when he was packing a bag for what he said was a 'family emergency'. He could be anywhere. If he's out of the county then there's no options. The other departments won't care enough to work with us. If he went to a hideout...we have a chance. Get everyone looking for Mr. Simmons.
