Like Adam said, you can contact me to contact him! It sounds sorta counterintuitive but hey, what can you do? Adam is Adam. He told me to write about how exactly to do it (which seemed condescending to me but don't tell him).

First, all the WCTB Office/visit the WCTB Office and leave a message to be given to Adam. Alternatively, you can ask me to get in contact with him immediately. He has given me a list of reasons that are sufficient for him to be contacted while off the grid. If it's enough, I have a private emergency number for Adam.

Sorry if this is inconvenient, but I didn't make the rules.
