Since you all keep pestering me, I must again inform you that I am in charge of the rebel investigation and I am actively pursuing leads. I apologize for being out of contact at times, but honestly it's not my problem. I do not have all of the answers, but I have been looking. First, I have learned new information about Nathaniel Topas, including the fact that he began recruiting in 2018. I learned this from Rick Werther, who I had previously identified as a rebel. However, this was the extent of his knowledge. I have also determined that the hijackings are a minor aspect of their operation, though the answer to what the rest of their operation entails still eludes me. In the meantime, if there is an emergency and I need to be contacted, you can go through my intern, Darrel.
