Hello all,
In the two weeks since the previous report, Dr. Summers has been consistently following the path of Object 1899 throughout the Sol system. It now appears to be far beyond the orbit of Pluto and will soon reach its home in the Oort Cloud. The trajectory has in fact changed several times since 10/23/19 though the reason for this is unknown so far.
In addition to this, most of the residents subjected to the previously discussed shared dream state (in the terms of The Speaker, "visions") have subsided. At times, they are disturbing in nature, though they can also be peaceful. They also include a voice at times, which is described by most as male and by a few as androgynous. Whether these are hallucinations or some process initiated by Object 1899 cannot be determined. Radiation does not appear to be the cause, though I still will not discard the idea entirely due to the unknown nature of Object 1899 and its energy.
