Hello,

I wanted to update you all on a lead I have on rebel activity.

There is an attack planned for the Harvest Festival. One of the people we're tracking as suspected rebel, Charlie Hanelle, has been driving off to rural locations with other cars there more often than usual. Technically it could be some sort of party, drug deal, etc. but I find it likely that the rebels are plotting. We will stay alert and work on a solution.
