The rebels are getting bolder and bolder. We gotta do something to stop 'em besides our usual measures. We've got dead council members, dead Hosted. This isn't a minor nuisance anymore. Right now, I'm thinking that there's Hosted rising against us. Someone had to have let 'em in to the Mayors Office to plant any explosives. The Benefactor even said there were traitors when he left. I don't know what we can do but we'll be brainstorming.
