MESSAGE:
We realized something about the design. You can't get to the basement staircase from the bottom floor. It starts on the 2nd floor for some reason. I was right - they're all on the upper floors. I'd say we passed at least 10-15 before reaching the staircase. They seemed unwelcoming but not hostile. An expected reaction, honestly. We're descending to the basement now.
