Hello. There seems to be a developing situation at the Barlowe Manor. The Observatory began recieving signals similar to the readings from Lake Denton on 4/28. Since then, we have heard reports from the WCPD of the Barlowe Manor subjects breaching containment and having to be relocated back to their designated area. This situation concerns me. The Manor has not seen activity in several years and it may be difficult to respond due to the COVID situation. We need to plan in advance, in case the situation worsens.
