Hello,

I've been investigating Hank Caruthers and as such have been out of contact. I visited his work and his home looking for information. His wife will be quite confused when they realize that he did not in fact return to his home in the middle of the day but that's not my problem. I found no evidence that Caruthers is part of the rebellion. No online communication, no disguises in his closet, no reported strange activity, etc. Perhaps he's just a normal murderer/psychopath rather than a rebellious one.

In my opinion, we should keep an eye on him, but I have no interest in investigating him further.
