As I can remember proteus can copy the complete subcircuit and past it anywhere else including the child sheet but if it doesnt work you can simply use a feature of proteus called "Project Clip", this works by selecting the complete circuit in Isis and the complete circuit in Ares, the you go to menu File > Export Project Clip, this operation saves the circuit tha you want to integrate in the complete design even with the component disposition in the PCB.
I am stuck in a problem that I am going to install the arduino library in proteus in my desktop to simply simulate this platform in proteus design suite 8. Unfortunately, when I search in proteus I cannot see the full arduino boards there.

Proteus is garbage. As far as I am aware, basically anything that claims to simulate the behavior of a microcontroller (ie, including what the code does) is garbage. We often get people posting about a problem that turns up in a proteus simulation which, when running on the actual hardware, doesn't occur - the simulation does not reflect reality. There is really no substitute for prototyping your design and testing it there - I am of the opinion that proteus is a waste of time. A simulator that doesn't produce accurate results sends you wasting time chasing problems that exist only in simulations, and does not provide assurance that your design works.
Now open proteus and make the design which will include the required microcontroller and the double click on the microcontoller and then include that hex file which was created . This way you can simulate your design .
First you have to create a exe file using an assembler and put that file inthe proteus project folder. Once you have that click on the 8086 in proteus and you will see a box where you can specify the the exe file. See this tutorial on 8086 with proteus ISIS
It was the only feature of proteus that I used and I've found it was the main issue I had with ctd on save load conflicting with racemenu. I've legit spent months reading through hundreds of posts with people who have the same crash but haven't found a fix other than moving the race menu skee64.dll out of the folder, loading the game, making a new save, then moving it back. Proteus mirabilis, a leading cause of catheter-associated urinary tract infection (CaUTI), differentiates into swarm cells that migrate across catheter surfaces and medium solidified with 1.5% agar. While many genes and nutrient requirements involved in the swarming process have been identified, few studies have addressed the signals that promote initiation of swarming following initial contact with a surface. In this study, we show that P. mirabilis CaUTI isolates initiate swarming in response to specific nutrients and environmental cues. Thirty-three compounds, including amino acids, polyamines, fatty acids, and tricarboxylic acid (TCA) cycle intermediates, were tested for the ability to promote swarming when added to normally nonpermissive media. L-Arginine, L-glutamine, DL-histidine, malate, and DL-ornithine promoted swarming on several types of media without enhancing swimming motility or growth rate. Testing of isogenic mutants revealed that swarming in response to the cues required putrescine biosynthesis and pathways involved in amino acid metabolism. Furthermore, excess glutamine was found to be a strict requirement for swarming on normal swarm agar in addition to being a swarming cue under normally nonpermissive conditions. We thus conclude that initiation of swarming occurs in response to specific cues and that manipulating concentrations of key nutrient cues can signal whether or not a particular environment is permissive for swarming.
