To register, your team has to pick one character from the 32 available in X/S (also known as X/O worldwide). 

No Akuma allowed.

Only teams with completely identical characters can enter.

X characters and S (or O)characters are treated as separate characters.

Charge: JPY 1,500 for entering the tournament and playing casuals (all-day).  

Visit Asakusa, take a river cruise on a "Spaceship" boat to Odaiba, enjoy lunch and explore some places in Odaiba, and have dinner at a Japanese restaurant in Shinjuku. 

Explore Ueno, have lunch in Ameyoko Street, visit Tokyo Skytree, and dine at a Japanese restaurant or  in a "Made Cafe".

If you don't have team members, please let us know. We would be happy to help you find additional members to complete your team.

There are no hotels within walking distance from the Game Center Wai Wai. The Airbnb properties around the Nerima area on the Seibu Ikebukuro Line or the accommodations near Ikebukuro would be convenient options. It is advisable to book your accommodation as soon as possible, as prices may increase closer to the event dates.

The trains run until around 12 midnight. The trains are also very safe.

No, but the neighborhood offers various restaurants and cafes. The nearby 7-Eleven sells various kind of food for take-out. You can also bring snacks from outside.

Don't worry! It doesn't matter who wins or loses. Our events are all about having fun and making new friends who share a love for the game.

The Wai Wai Cup 2024 consists of a 4-day consecutive event series, each with a different theme. There is a separate fee for each individual day of the event.
