By using the AnimeLove application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please stop using the application. AnimeLove reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the App will constitute your acceptance of any changes to the Terms.

2. License

On the condition that you comply with these Terms, AnimeLove provides you a restricted, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to download, install and utilize the Application on a suitable device possessed or controlled by you for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

3. Eligibility 

You need to be 18 years old or above to operate this application. By employing the Application, you declare and guarantee you satisfy this age prerequisite. AnimeLove holds the right to decline providing the Application to any individual or entity at its sole discretion and is able to alter its qualification standards anytime.

3. Utilize the Application for any illegal or unauthorized objective.

4. Eliminate any copyright or other proprietary notices from the App.

5. Modify, adapt or generate derivative works founded on the Application.

6. Participate in any abusive, harassing or otherwise harmful actions toward other users or chatbots within the Application.

7. Contravene any applicable law, regulation or code.

5. In-app acquisitions and subscriptions

The App may provide in-app purchases and subscriptions for extra features or content. AnimeLove can modify pricing for in-app purchases and subscriptions anytime, and such alterations will take effect on your next purchase or renewal.

6. User Information and Privacy

AnimeLove gathers your email, app activity, and anonymous messages for product refinement purposes. By operating the App, you agree to the collection and utilization of your data as illustrated in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Cancellation 

AnimeLove holds the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Application and erase your account for any reason, including but not limited to your violation of these Terms. Upon cancellation, your privilege to operate the Application will stop instantly.

8. Dispute Settlement

Any argument emerging from these Terms or your usage of the App shall be resolved by arbitration, which will be led under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will occur in the United States. The winning party in the arbitration is entitled to recover its reasonable attorneys' fees and litigation expenses.

9. Alterations to these Terms

AnimeLove may update or modify these Terms anytime. It is your obligation to examine these Terms occasionally. Your continued usage of the App after any such alterations will constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.
