1. Information we collect
Waggo may collect information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, language, city, measurement preferences, and your dog's name, breed, birthday or age, sex, weight, neuter status, microchip number, vaccination details, allergies, food information, behavior notes, care notes, and veterinary contact details.
The app may also collect training progress, care routines, walks, medications, reminders, activity logs, photos, files, feedback, support requests, device type, operating system, app version, crash information, and diagnostic logs.
2. How we use information
We use information to provide training, care planning, reminders, walk tracking, dog profiles, sitter exports, support, security, troubleshooting, service improvements, subscriptions, and legal or fraud-prevention obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Location information
If you enable walk tracking, Waggo may use your device location while the walk feature is active to display and calculate your route and statistics. Waggo does not collect location in the background unless the app and device settings clearly indicate otherwise.
You can disable location permission in device settings. Some walk features may not work without it.
4. Photos and files
Photos and files are used only for features you request, such as a dog profile, walk card, or sitter PDF. You control access through device settings. When you use sharing, selected content is sent to the app or service you choose.
5. Service providers
Trusted providers may process information for hosting, analytics, crash reporting, authentication, customer support, notifications, and subscription processing. Providers may process information only to provide services to Waggo and under appropriate safeguards.
6. App stores and payments
Purchases are processed by Apple, Google, or an authorized payment provider. Waggo does not receive your complete payment card number. Payment providers handle payment information under their own policies and terms.
7. Data retention and deletion
We retain information as needed to provide Waggo, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain security. You may delete app data using the delete-data option in Settings. Some information may be retained when legally required for fraud prevention or accounting.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, restrict, object to, or delete your personal information. You may withdraw permission for location, notifications, camera, photos, or other device features through system settings.

9. Children
Waggo is not directed to children under 13, or the minimum age required in your country. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate consent. Contact labskiro@gmail.com if you believe a child has provided information.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. No storage or transmission method is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
11. International transfers
Information may be processed in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use lawful transfer mechanisms and appropriate safeguards.
12. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above will be updated and additional notice will be provided when required by law.
