ABOUT THE INTERNATIONAL RESEARCH WORKSHOP

Breakthroughs in the field of data science and computing power over the past two decades has made deep learning the most powerful tool in the field of artificial intelligence. Deep learning algorithms have shown a promising success in numerous applications of Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing, Robotics and Automation. Present day state-of-the –art algorithms have amazed everyone with their human level accuracy in classification, generating life-like images and videos and even beating world-champions at their own games. As the quest continues, deep learning has emerged out to be the most sought after skill in today's industrial scenario, right from the Tech Giants to Startups. This workshop aims to give the participants a hands-on experience, right from the foundations, from some of the leading experts in the fields.


AREAS TO BE COVERED

This workshop will cover the foundations of deep learning, advances in deep learning and applications of deep learning. Participants will learn how to lead successful deep learning projects. About IIIT Sri City

Indian Institute of Information Technology Sri City Chittoor (IIITS) was established in 2013 by the Government of India as an Institute of National Importance under the Act of Parliament along with Government of AP and Industry Partner, Sri City Pvt. Ltd. Being located in a large industrial city with more than 180 MNCs from leading countries, IIITS has established leadership among its peers through its strong industry focus.

IIITS is offering B.Tech in CSE with specializations in AI&ML and Cyber Security, and BTech in ECE with specialization in Cyber Physical Systems. The curriculum follows practice-theory-practice approach along with a special focus on UG-Research through a unique Honours programme. IIITS has recently launched an MTech in AI & ML through active industry collaboration. The institute also offers Full-time and Part-Time PhD programmes.
