1. Clone front-end and back-end app

2. In both, frontend and backend, directories run:

> npm install

3. To run Front-end App

> cd frontend

> npm run serve

4. To run Back-end App

> cd backend

> npm run db:init

> npm start

Rewrite business logic in routes/users.js to use Database instead of file read/write
