1. Introduction

WA Number Checker: Filter Valid Numbers ("the Extension") is a Chrome browser extension

that helps users verify WhatsApp phone numbers in bulk. This privacy policy explains how

the Extension handles user data.

2. Data Collection

The Extension does NOT collect, store, or transmit any personal user data to external

servers. All processing occurs locally on your device.

The only data stored locally (on your device via Chrome's storage API) includes:

- Daily usage counter (number of checks performed today)

- Pro license activation status and license key (if purchased)

- License verification timestamp

3. WhatsApp Web Interaction

The Extension interacts with WhatsApp Web (web.whatsapp.com) solely to check whether

phone numbers are registered on WhatsApp. The Extension does NOT read, store, or

transmit any WhatsApp messages, contacts, media, or personal communications.

4. Third-Party Services

The Extension communicates with Gumroad's API (api.gumroad.com) exclusively for the

purpose of verifying Pro license keys. Only the product ID and user-provided license key

are sent to Gumroad during this process. No browsing data, WhatsApp data, or personal

information is transmitted.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or transfer any user data to third parties. No analytics,

tracking, or advertising services are integrated into the Extension.

6. Clipboard Access

The Extension uses clipboard write access solely to allow users to copy verified

valid phone numbers to their clipboard via the "Copy Valid" button. No data is read

from the clipboard.

7. Data Security

All data is stored locally on your device using Chrome's built-in storage API.

No data is transmitted to our servers or any third party (except Gumroad for

license verification as described above).

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected

in the "Last Updated" date above.
