Набытыя ў г.Навагрудку ад Дуброўскай Анастасіі ў 2005 г.

Пяльцы, більцы – прыстасаванне для вышывання, якое выкарыстоўваюць пры працы з вышыўкай вялікай плошчы.

Слова пяльцы паходзіць ад славянскага слова пяліць - расцягваць, распінаць, туга нацягваць.

Часцей за ўсё пяльцы маюць круглую або авальную форму, але могуць таксама быць і прастакутнымі. Яны ўяўляюць сабой дзве рамкі, якія злёгку адрозніваюцца па памеры, паміж якімі заціскаецца тканіна.

Памер пяльцаў можа вар'іравацца ў вялікім дыяпазоне: ад маленькіх круглых, якія трымаюць у адной руцэ, да вялікіх прастакутных рам, якія мацуюцца да падстаўцы і стаяць на падлозе.

Выкарыстанне пялец, якія мацуюцца да працоўнага стала або стаяць на падлозе, зручней тым, што пры працы з імі абедзве рукі вольныя, што робіць вышыванне хутчэй і дакладней.

Раней пяльцы рабілі з дрэва, косці, у тым ліку слановай. Сучасныя мадэлі часцей за ўсё выраблены з дрэва або пластмасы.
