VYR: City After Dark ("VYR", "the game", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy.

VYR does not require users to create an account or sign in.
The current version of VYR does not intentionally collect, store, sell, or share personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, contacts, precise location, photos, or other personal data.
Game progress and settings may be stored locally on your device.
2. Third-Party Services
VYR may rely on services provided by Apple and the device operating system for functions such as app distribution, security, device compatibility, and other platform features.
These services may process technical information according to their own privacy policies.
3. Advertising
The current version of VYR does not contain third-party advertising.
If advertising is added in a future version, this Privacy Policy and the privacy information displayed on the App Store will be updated before or when those features become available.
4. In-App Purchases
The current version of VYR does not require users to provide payment information directly to us.
If in-app purchases are introduced, payments will be processed through Apple's App Store payment system. We do not directly receive or store users' payment card information.

VYR does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Because the game does not currently require accounts or collect personal information directly, we do not knowingly maintain personal profiles of children.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
Because VYR does not currently maintain user accounts or directly store personal information on our servers, we generally do not hold personal data that can be deleted upon request.
Users may remove locally stored game data by deleting the application from their device.

We may update this Privacy Policy when VYR adds new features, services, advertising, analytics, online functionality, or other changes that affect user privacy.
