General Information
Protecting your privacy is important to us. Vynero is a locally playable brain puzzle game.
Vynero does not require a user account, display advertisements, or use analytics, profiling, or tracking services. The developer does not operate a server that receives or stores gameplay data.
Data Stored Locally
Vynero stores only the following game and preference information locally on the user’s device:
• selected application language
• standard-mode high score
• Phase Merge high score
• gameplay settings
• local entitlement status for the Phase Merge expansion
This information is required to provide the game’s functionality and retain the user’s preferences and progress.
The locally stored information is not transmitted to the developer and is not shared with other individuals, companies, or advertising services.
In-App Purchases and Google Play Billing
Vynero offers an optional one-time in-app purchase that permanently unlocks the Phase Merge expansion.

The purchase is processed exclusively through Google Play Billing. Google may process purchase-related information such as purchase status, product identification, transaction information, country, currency, and payment details in accordance with Google’s own policies.
Vynero receives only the information required to determine whether the expansion has been purchased, acknowledged, or restored. The developer does not receive complete credit card, bank account, or other complete payment details.

Music and Audio
Vynero contains locally stored menu and gameplay music. Playing this audio does not collect, transmit, or share personal information.
Advertising, Analytics, and Tracking
Vynero contains:
• no advertising
• no personalized advertising
• no analytics services
• no tracking technologies
• no social networking services
• no location access
• no user accounts
• no cloud-based game saves
• no independent transmission of gameplay data to external servers
Device Permissions
Vynero does not request unnecessary or sensitive device permissions.
The app uses the official Google Play Billing interface solely to process and restore the optional Phase Merge purchase.
Data Retention and Deletion
Locally stored settings and gameplay progress remain on the device until:
• the app’s data is deleted through the Android system settings, or
• the app is uninstalled from the device
Users can therefore delete all locally stored Vynero data at any time by clearing the app’s storage or uninstalling the app.
A permanent purchase made through Google Play may be detected and restored after reinstallation. Purchase and payment records are retained and processed by Google according to Google’s applicable legal and contractual requirements.
Because Vynero does not provide user accounts or store information on a developer-operated server, the developer does not hold personal player accounts or server-side gameplay records requiring a separate deletion request.
Data Security
Vynero limits data processing to what is technically necessary to provide the game and its optional expansion.
Locally stored information remains within the protected application storage area of the Android device. Purchases are handled using the official Google Play Billing interface.
No method of electronic storage or processing can guarantee absolute security. However, the app is designed to minimize data processing and avoid unnecessary collection.
Children’s Privacy
Vynero is a general-audience brain puzzle game and is not specifically directed at children.
The developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The app does not contain advertising, user accounts, social features, or direct communication functions.
International Processing
Purchase-related information may be processed by Google in countries where Google or its service providers operate. Such processing is governed by Google’s own privacy policies and applicable data protection safeguards.
Vynero itself does not transmit gameplay data to the developer or operate an external gameplay server.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated if the app’s functionality, legal requirements, or third-party services change.
The current version will always be published on this page. The effective date shown at the beginning of this Privacy Policy indicates when it was last updated.
