When Where We Established
The Vulcan airport was first just a peace of land donated by a farmer with a passion for airplanes. This was taken by the town and turned into a small airport with one grass air strip. Over the years the airport was added onto to add hangers and lots for people to come in and keep their airplanes close. In early 2022 the town and county of Vulcan transferred all operational control to the Vulcan flying club.
