Visual Rhyme: Rhyme is acoustic. Love/move/stove and leak/break do not rhyme. Calling them “visual rhyme” misleads the reader and undermines the meaning of rhyme.
Perfect Rhyme: “Perfect rhyme” is factually bogus — love/stove do not rhyme — and it steals value‑judgment adjectives (perfect, great, wonderful, terrific, super, terrible, etc.) that should never appear in a technical definition.
Byronic Hero: Calling a self‑destructive, self‑inflating, peer‑trampling, daughter‑forsaking decadent a “hero” degrades the meaning of hero.
Prose Poetry: Prose does not require lyricism; poetry does. Joining them removes poetry’s required lyricism and creates a gray zone that lets non‑lyrical prose be mislabeled as poetry.
