Demon Summoner: HTX Edition is a retro-style dungeon crawler RPG inspired by classic Shin Megami Tensei–like gameplay. Players explore a grid-based maze, encounter demons, and use strategy to survive, recruit, and fuse powerful allies.
The player navigates a first-person dungeon maze using directional movement.
Random encounters trigger turn-based battles against demons.
Each demon has unique stats, levels, races, skills, and elemental themes.
Combat focuses on risk management, persuasion, and growth rather than pure damage.
Turn-based combat with simple but tactical options:
Attack – Deal physical damage.
Talk – Attempt to negotiate and recruit demons.
Run – Escape from battle.
Enemies use skills based on their level and race.
Defeating enemies grants EXP, gems, and level-ups.
Successfully negotiating with demons allows them to join your party.
The party has a limited size, forcing strategic choices.
In Jakyou Manor, players can:
Fuse two demons to create a stronger one.
Obtain demons with higher levels and better abilities through fusion.
Player levels increase max HP and strength.
EXP and resources scale with enemy difficulty.
Over 200 demons are available, ranging from low-level spirits to legendary gods and fiends.
