We are a community of scholars and practitioners, dedicated to the research and teaching of remote/virtual work topics
We aim to:
Study how remote/virtual work can be a source of benefits/challenges
Identify conditions, contexts, and behaviors that enable effective remote/virtual work
Build mutually supportive positive relationships with others in the community
We develop and disseminate research on the theory, practice, and teaching of remote and virtual work through:
Organizing virtual and in-person gatherings to encourage collaboration
Sharing resources and opportunities
Building partnerships across silos of scholarly work
Ensuring that knowledge and best practices identified in research are leveraged in practice
