3. Transportation of Vehicles & Objects

• Condition Reports: For vehicle deliveries, Customers and Carriers must perform a pre-trip and post-trip inspection. Vroomz is not liable for undocumented damage.

• Prohibited Items: You may not use Vroomz to transport illegal goods, hazardous materials, or live animals.

• Ownership: You represent that you own the vehicle/object being moved or have explicit legal authority to authorize its transport.

4. Fees and Payments

• Pricing: Estimates are provided based on distance and item type. Final prices may vary based on actual conditions (e.g., tolls, weight discrepancies).

• Cancellations: Fees may apply if a delivery is cancelled after a Carrier has been dispatched.

5. Insurance and Liability

• Carrier Liability: The Carrier is primarily responsible for the safety of the items during transit.
