VA Pension for Veterans
This benefit is paid to wartime veterans or their surviving spouses who are age 65 or older. If under 65, you may still qualify for this benefit if you are permanently and totally disabled.
3 Levels of benefits
3 Levels of benefits
Basic: Based on income and assests only
Homebound: For those who are unable to transport themselves, but can still care for themselves independently at home.
Aid & Assistance: For those who are need assistance in at least 2 activities of daily living, and are unable to live independently.

Totally and permanently disabled, OR
A patient in a skilled nursing facility, OR
Receiving Social Security Disability Income, OR
Receiving Supplemental Security Income
Spouse or dependent can also qualify for the Survivor's Pension.
