These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Vozenote mobile application (“App”), operated by Vozenote (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

Vozenote allows users to:

• Record audio

• Convert audio into text using AI

• Generate summaries and smart notes

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree that you will not:

• Use the App for illegal, harmful, or abusive activities

• Record or process content that violates laws or third-party rights

• Upload or process sensitive or confidential information without permission

You are solely responsible for the content you record and process.

3. AI-Generated Content

Vozenote uses AI services (including the OpenAI API) to generate transcripts and summaries.

• AI-generated results may not always be accurate

• You should review outputs before relying on them

• We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content

4. Advertisements

The App displays ads through Google AdMob.

• Ads may be personalized or non-personalized

• You can control ad preferences through your device settings

• We are not responsible for third-party ad content

5. Intellectual Property

• The App, including its design, features, and branding, is owned by Vozenote

• You retain ownership of your audio recordings and generated notes

• You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App without permission

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

• Audio may be processed via third-party services

• Data handling practices are described in the Privacy Policy

7. Service Availability

We do not guarantee that:

• The App will always be available or error-free

• The AI services will always function without interruption

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Vozenote is provided “as is” without warranties

• We are not liable for:

  • Data loss

  • Inaccurate transcripts or summaries

  • Any indirect or consequential damages

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if:

• You violate these Terms

• Your use creates risk or legal exposure

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable international laws. Local consumer protection laws may also apply depending on your location.
