VoxMind AI Notes: End User License Agreement (“Agreement”)

Welcome to VoxMind AI Notes (“the App”). This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you and the developer of VoxMind AI Notes regarding your use of the App.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal use.

We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.

4. User Content

You retain full ownership of any content you create or record using VoxMind AI Notes, including audio recordings and text content.

However, you agree that:

• We may process your content solely for the purpose of providing App functionality

• We do not sell your content or use it for advertising purposes

• You are solely responsible for the legality and accuracy of any content you record, upload, or generate

5. AI Features Disclaimer

Some features of the App are powered by artificial intelligence.

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated and is provided for informational purposes only. It should not be considered professional advice (including but not limited to legal, medical, or financial advice).

6. Privacy

We respect your privacy and process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
