지역 대학과 연구소, 소속과 분야, 여건, 성별에 따라 소외됐던 회원들의 참여를 대폭 확대하겠습니다. 학회는 투명하게 운영되어야 하며, 인재 추천이나 기획, 국가 정책 제안을 비롯한 모든 결정에 회원들의 의사를 수렴하는 체계를 만들겠습니다.

 We will significantly expand the participation of members who have been marginalized based on local universities and research institutes, affiliation, fields, circumstances, and gender. The KPS must be operated transparently, and we will create a system that collects the opinions of members in all decisions, including talent recommendations, planning, and national policy proposals.

 This is a total crisis situation where the ecosystem of physics is collapsing. We will spread the word about the importance of physics in opening up the future of humanity and its value as cutting-edge science. We will become a platform and window that prepares and opens the way so that excellent talents can return to science and their future can contribute to social development along with happiness in life.

 연구력 유지조차 위협받고 있습니다. 기초과학이 미래국가의 경쟁력임을 망각하고 있는 정부의 물리교육 축소와 R&D 연구비 삭감에 강력히 대응하여, 물리교육의 의무화 및 정권에 휘둘리지 않고 안정적이고 지속가능한 기초과학 연구비의 확보를 위해, 국회와 정부 설득에 적극 나서겠습니다. 없어진 “기본” 연구비를 복원하고 "떼인" 연구비를 되찾아 오겠습니다.

 Even maintaining research capabilities is under threat. We will respond strongly to the government's reduction of physics education and cuts in R&D research funds, which have forgotten that basic science is the competitive edge of a future nation, and will actively work to persuade the National Assembly and the government to make physics education mandatory and to secure stable and sustainable basic science research funding that is not swayed by the regime. We will restore the lost “Basic” research funding and bring back the reduced research funding.

 미국, 유럽 및 신흥아시아국가 물리학회와 적극적인 교류를 통하여, 해외회원을 적극 유치하고, 분야별 저명 국제학회의 공동개최 및 지원, 공동연구 이니셔티브 구축, 공동(학생)연구인력의 교류 및 유치 등 명실공히 세계 속의 한국물리학회로 거듭나겠습니다. 

 Through active exchanges with physics societies in the United States, Europe, and emerging Asian countries, we actively attract overseas members, jointly host and support renowned international conferences in each field, establish joint research initiatives, and exchange and attract joint (student) research personnel. We will be reborn as the Korean Physical Society.
